Amit Sharma brings 22 years of operational excellence to Shree TMT. She oversees end-to-end manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and process optimisation. Under her leadership, plant efficiency has improved by 40% and on-time delivery rates have reached an industry-leading 98.5%, making Shree TMT one of the most reliable steel suppliers in the region.
Rajesh Kumar is the technical backbone of Shree TMT's world-class manufacturing infrastructure. He spearheaded the installation of Switzerland-designed rolling mill technology and the automated continuous casting machines. His R&D initiatives have resulted in three proprietary process patents and continuous improvements in bar quality.
Suresh Mehta oversees the day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Shadnagar plant. With three decades of hands-on experience, he manages a production capacity of 1,000 MTPD for billets and TMT bars. He was instrumental in commissioning the third induction furnace that elevated output to current capacity levels.
Prem Reddy has been instrumental in steering Shree TMT to a revenue milestone of ₹1,000+ crores. Her financial strategy, investor relations expertise, and cost-optimisation frameworks have significantly improved EBITDA margins. She also led the financial structuring for the company's major infrastructure expansion projects.
Vikram Singh ensures that every Shree TMT bar meets or exceeds IS 1786:2008 standards. His quality management system secured ISO 9001:2015 certification, NABL accreditation for the in-house testing laboratory, and the prestigious 5-Star Green Steel rating by NISST and MoS.
