Prakash Goenka is the Managing Director of the company, bringing with him over four decades of extensive experience in the steel manufacturing industry. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the prestigious St. Xavier's College Kolkata in 1980.

Mr. Goenka began his career at the age of 20, overseeing his family's steel manufacturing unit in Punjab, which operated through the arc furnace route. With a forward-looking vision, he became a pioneer in introducing induction furnace technology in South India in 1985, significantly contributing to technological advancement in the sector.

Under his leadership, the company, established in 2005, has grown into a leading manufacturer of TMT bars and is widely regarded as a 'numero uno' unit in its field within two decades. His expertise lies in expanding manufacturing capabilities, optimizing costs, upgrading quality standards, minimizing wastage, and creating value through efficient resource utilization.

A key pillar of Mr. Goenka's leadership philosophy is sustainability. He is deeply committed to the production of green steel through the adoption of environmentally responsible processes and the increased use of green energy across operations. By focusing on energy efficiency, reduced emissions, and sustainable resource management, he is steering the company toward a more eco-friendly and future-ready manufacturing model.

He is also known for maintaining cordial and inclusive relationships with employees, with the company providing employment to more than 1,500 workers.

Beyond business, Mr. Goenka actively contributes to industry and social development. He is associated with the Federation of Telangana Chamber of Commerce & Industries and serves on its Energy Committee. He is also actively involved with the All India Induction Furnaces Association, working towards resolving industry challenges and promoting the growth of induction furnace technology across India.

A firm believer in women's empowerment, he serves as a trustee of Mahila Dakshita Samity, which provides free education and boarding to more than 1,000 underprivileged girls.

Neeraj Kumar Goenka is one of the Co-Founders and Directors of Devashree Ispat Pvt Ltd and has been instrumental in the company's journey since its inception in 2005. A commerce graduate from University of Delhi, where he completed his B.Com (Hons) from Hindu College, he brings strong financial and managerial insight to the organization. Over the years, he has remained actively involved in various business, social, and community organizations, reflecting his commitment to leadership and community engagement.

His associations have included prominent organizations such as the Rotary Club, FAPCCI CEO Forum, Agarwal Samaj Cyberabad Shakha, Corporate Connections, and Delhi Achievers Round Table, where he has also held leadership positions.

Outside of business, Neeraj is deeply interested in spirituality, particularly the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, and also enjoys music. His balanced outlook towards business, relationships, and personal growth continues to inspire the organization and people around him.

Siddhartha Goenka is the CEO (Furnace Division) of Devashree Ispat Pvt. Ltd., the company behind SHREE TMT, one of the largest and most trusted TMT steel brands in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Since assuming leadership in 2007, he has transformed the organization into a market-leading manufacturing enterprise with large-scale production capabilities, a strong retail and institutional network, and a reputation for uncompromising quality and reliability.

Under his stewardship, the company has achieved significant operational growth, expanded its manufacturing footprint, and established enduring partnerships with some of the region's foremost developers and infrastructure companies.

Karan Goenka serves as the Chief Executive Officer – Rolling Mill Division at Devashree Ispat Pvt Ltd. Since joining the company in 2009, he has played a pivotal role in driving the growth and transformation of the organization's rolling mill operations and brand presence within the steel industry.

Karan graduated with a BA (Hons) in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham, bringing a strong foundation in business strategy and financial management to the organization.

He has been instrumental in increasing the rolling mill capacity from 300 TPD to 1000 TPD, substantially enhancing the company's manufacturing capabilities and operational scale. He has also played a key role in developing the Shree TMT brand into one of the recognized names in the market today.

Leading the sales and marketing verticals, Karan has been actively involved in devising and executing the company's sales, branding, and market expansion strategies, contributing meaningfully to the brand's growth and market positioning across competitive markets.

Actively involved in entrepreneurial and business networks, Karan is associated with organizations such as the Entrepreneurs' Organization and the Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, movies, and pickleball, maintaining a balanced approach between professional and personal pursuits.
